Why can't I buy a wig online from your shop?

I'm an independent hairdresser supplying, fitting and styling wigs. I pride myself on offering a personalised service that you just can't get online. I will spend time with you making sure your wig is the best it can possible be. To get your wig to be perfect it may require cutting and reshaping. 

 

Do you charge for a consultation?

No i offer a free one hour appointment for all consultations.

 

Will my appointment be private?

Yes I offer a completely private appointment outside of salon hours. This will give us the full salon to ourselves so plenty of room to bring along a loved one to help. I also off appointment during my salon hours in a screened off area so you are not overlooked. Often there is only one other customer in the salon at this time. I will alway tell you if anyone else will be onsite before you book. 

 

I've brought a wig online or from another seller can you cut it for me?

Yes of course. Most wigs can benefit with a few tweets to make them more your own. 

 

What's included in the price of my wig?

All consultation are free and if you decide to purchase a wig from myself I will cut and style it for you on the day. I will also demonstrate how to wash and care for your wig.

 

Do you sell everything i need to care for my wig?

Yes I have a full range of shampoos, conditioners, wig bands caps and brushes.

 

Can I take home a wig right away?

Yes if there is a wig you like in the salon you are able to take it the same day. Unfortunately I don't have the space to keep every colour and style in stock so we may need to order you a wig. Delivery time very but I will be able to tell you an estimated time. 

 

I'm finding all of this very overwhelming do you know any support groups?

Yes we are very lucky to have a local Alopecia uk support group in our area. They meet once a month alternating between Bristol, Bath and Swindon. I will happily pass on details or alternatively check out Alopecia uk website.
